Form 1 - Application to join Euphonix

The Choir rehearses on Wednesday mornings (see the Frequently Asked Questions) so if you join you must be available during this time. Please use this form if you wish to apply to join the Euphonix Choir and we will let you know when a vacancy arises.

In the Message box it would be really useful if you could tell us know how you heard about the Choir. For example, a "Google" search on your computer, or by coming to one of our concerts (or events such as the August Workshops series), or through a recommendation from friend or relative.
